+ What IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing orders@lazoteng.com. At our discretion, the item may be repaired or replaced. Please include photos showing (1) the damaged item inside its original packaging, (2) a close-up of the shipping label with the tracking number visible, and (3) a photo of the package exterior, clearly showing any damage.

While we can’t take responsibility for lost, stolen, or returned packages, we’ll do everything we can to help. If this happens, please contact us at orders@lazoteng.com.
+ How long are your lead times?
Most of our furniture is made-to-order with a 8 - 12 week lead time. If it is in stock, we will ship out your order in a few days.
+ Do you offer trade pricing for designers?
We offer a trade discount for qualified design professionals. Because most pieces are made-to-order, trade discounts are modest and subject to approval. Please email info@lazoteng.com to inquire.
+ Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we do accept custom orders! However, customizations typically begin at 20% above standard pricing, depending on the scope. Significant modifications to existing designs, or requests for entirely new pieces, are considered separate design projects, with independent timelines and pricing. We currently offer free shipping within the continental U.S. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please see question below.

Yes, we do! Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska require a separate freight shipping quote after purchase. Once you place your order, we’ll reach out with a custom shipping quote for your approval. If the quote doesn’t work for you, we’ll issue a full refund. Feel free to contact us at orders@lazoteng.com if you’d like an estimate before placing your order.
